This organisation was formed to protect innocent consumers and genuine trades people alike from rogue traders. In short our mission is to provide consumers with easy access to a community of professional tradesmen.

All of our tradesmen members have been independently* vetted by ourselves, some not all of the checks include: evidence of company ID, proof of trading address, references from previous customers (these are supplied on a ongoing basis) declaration of any legal disputes, and more recently proof of personal ID e.g driving licence, passport etc. We also verify claims of memberships with any other trade bodies or professional institutes such as FMB, CORGI etc. Relevant professional qualifications such as City & Guilds, 16th Edition etc, must be proven also.

Members are issued with a ID card, this includes company name, membership number and our unique 24 hour 7 day live telephone number, this is so consumers just like you can call to verify membership status, confirm claims of qualification/s and/or affiliations with any other trade association/s (if any) and most importantly what previous customers have to say!
